Chef Patissier

For our Client, 5* hotel in one of the most beautiful areas of Austrian Alps

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Chef Patissier, who is willing to learn and develop as well as bring his ideas and experience to deliver high standard pastries and cakes in a fast paced environment

Candidate Profile:
Someone with a desire and passion to cook with fresh quality ingredients sources from local producers
Someone who is willing to always push culinary boundaries
Experience of developing pastry recipes and culinary techniques
Have had solid training & a proven track record as a Pastry Chef on a 5* level
Demonstrate a passion for pastry & exceptional attention to detail
Possess excellent communication skills & a willingness to work as part of a team
Is creative, innovative & fully contributing member of the team
Minimum of three years' experience as a Chef Patissier
Fluent in English, ideally speaks German
