We expect

At least 3-years experience working in a high category hotel or luxury restaurant, with proven record
Formal eduction for the position (3 years minimum)
Fluency in English language
Ability to work variable shift pattern
Willingness to constantly learn and improve
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced, international environment
Pleasant personality with good communication skills
