Team leader – area sales italy

We are currently looking for a Team Leader - Area Sales Italy (f/m/d) based in Gaglianico, full-time.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Overseeing sales operations in Italy within a multinational context
• Coordinating sales activities such as lead generation, client meetings, and contract negotiations, while considering cultural nuances and team diversity
• Providing guidance and support to the Italian sales team, in collaboration with the Regional Manager, ensuring alignment with company goals
• Conducting regular meetings and training sessions to share best practices and promote consistent sales strategies
• Reporting on sales performance and market trends to Management and the Regional Manager/Director
• Identifying opportunities for business growth and market expansion in Italy and other regions

Your profile:

• Several years of experience in sales, preferably in a multinational or European sales environment
• Experience in managing sales teams across different countries and cultures is highly valued
• Fluent in English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Commercial mindset and interest in technical products
• Strong skills in sales strategy, negotiation, and performance analysis
• Technical background in textiles, particularly yarns made of wool or noble fibers, is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
