We are currently looking for a Team Leader - Area Sales Italy (f/m/d) based in Gaglianico, full-time.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Overseeing sales operations in Italy within a multinational context
- Coordinating sales activities such as lead generation, client meetings, and contract negotiations, while considering cultural nuances and team diversity
- Providing guidance and support to the Italian sales team, in collaboration with the Regional Manager, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Conducting regular meetings and training sessions to share best practices and promote consistent sales strategies
- Reporting on sales performance and market trends to Management and the Regional Manager/Director
- Identifying opportunities for business growth and market expansion in Italy and other regions
Your profile:
- Several years of experience in sales, preferably in a multinational or European sales environment
- Experience in managing sales teams across different countries and cultures is highly valued
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Commercial mindset and interest in technical products
- Strong skills in sales strategy, negotiation, and performance analysis
- Technical background in textiles, particularly yarns made of wool or noble fibers, is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
