Healthcare Recruiter – Freelance Remote

Company located in Portugal and a leader in healthcare recruitment is seeking:

RECRUITMENT AGENT - Remote

Objectives:

• Identify and attract potential healthcare professionals interested in working in Belgium or France.
• Establish and maintain contact with candidates during the initial stage of the expatriation process.
• Oversee the recruitment process in close collaboration with the company and in accordance with defined principles.

Requirements:

• Italian language: native
• Fluency in spoken and written English (mandatory requirement).
• Previous experience in client management or staff recruitment (preferably in the healthcare sector)
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written), negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
• Results-oriented and focused on working towards objectives.
• Integrity, dynamism and initiative.
• Organization and attention to detail.
• Autonomy and the ability to manage your own work schedule.
• Proficiency in Sourcing tools, Office, Outlook, Skype, Microsoft Teams.
