The main objective of this post is to develop the market share in the area:
2) Milan, Verona, Venice and will answer to the Sales Director of the company.
The type of customers you will interact with are 80% small and medium companies that sell our customer's products, developers and construction companies.

You have at least 5 year's experience in selling B2B products or services;
Delegations in the country are a great motivator for your work week;

What a month of work will look like
Your monthly activity will involve the development of the allocated area, with 60% of the working time allocated to delegations in Italy and 40% of the working time allocated to office and back-office activities.
You will spend the first month of the activity at the Romanian headquarters, you will go through the induction plan, you will work with colleagues from the back office, from the technical department so that you understand the way of working in order to help you in the sales process. You will meet the production team and you will learn how the sold products are manufactured.
You will manage the entire sales process, from identifying potential partners to contacting and visiting them, following the monthly growth plan of the area;
You will collaborate with the Sales Coordinator for Italy to: understand the cultural differences in sales, analyze your area and make plans to visit potential customers;
You will organize your work weeks according to the scheduled visits in Italy, to existing or potential clients;
You will collaborate with the back-office department for the realization of collaboration contracts and personalized offers for clients;
You will work in collaboration with technical department to offer customers the best solutions to their needs, for the sold products;
You will participate in suppliers visits, to know and understand the changes in the products offered to customers;
You will participate monthly in team meetings, and you will follow your sales objectives so that you can provide detailed feedback on reaching the targets.
You will participate annually in international trade fairs to keep you up to date with news in the field;
You will interact with all departments when needed, ensuring efficient, complete and correct information on all aspects related to sales or assembly, so the ability to obtain and provide information and attention to detail are very important in the activity;
You will organize your activity so that at the end of each week you have the complete information in the CRM, so that it can be used for activity reports.
You will prepare the necessary documents for the delegations, according to the company's requirements.
