We are actively recruiting a motivated Receptionist, for our partner hotel, a luxurious mountain resort in Austria, with starting date in November or December 2023:

Qualifications & Experience:

Degree in Tourism or Hospitality Management or at least 2 years' experience as Receptionist in a luxury hotel
Good German and excellent English language skills, both spoken and written
Strong knowledge of FO software (MS Office, reservations programs, HOGATEX, OPERA)
Experience in online reservations and complaint management
Ability to work cohesively as part of an international team
Excellent customer service skills
Communicative with welcoming manner regarding guests
Eu citizen
