We are actively recruiting a motivated Receptionist, for our partner hotel, a luxurious mountain resort in Austria, with starting date in November or December 2023:

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Tourism or Hospitality Management or at least 2 years' experience as Receptionist in a luxury hotel
• Good German and excellent English language skills, both spoken and written
• Strong knowledge of FO software (MS Office, reservations programs, HOGATEX, OPERA)
• Experience in online reservations and complaint management
• Ability to work cohesively as part of an international team
• Excellent customer service skills
• Communicative with welcoming manner regarding guests
• Eu citizen
