Requisiti:

Geosol Italia s.r.l, founded in 2008, is a small, customer-oriented provider of technical and commercial services to owners of solar power plants in Italy. We are looking for a team player with a high self-motivation to join our team. This new team member shall pro-actively communicate, able to work independently even at remote plant locations, find solutions cooperating with all partners and have the following job description:

Photovoltaic Plant Manager

Our ideal candidate shall be in charge of:
1. - Monitoring the operations of a small portfolio of photovoltaic power plants
2. - Site inspections, troubleshooting, testing and repair of photovoltaic system components, accurately documenting the interventions
3. - Supervision and management of local maintenance companies
4. - Management of purchases and reporting to the administration office for billing
5. - Quality assurance and reporting optimization

The profile sought is:

1. - Engineer, Electrician or comparable qualification with at least three years of practical experience in photovoltaic
2. - IT skills for the correct configuration of the data transmission network of photovoltaic systems e.g.
3. - Knowledge of the electrical standards relevant to your business
4. - Readiness to take over the plant responsibility acc. to CEI 11-27
5. - Qualification to work with medium voltage
6. - Team player, who works efficiently and communicates well in a team
7. - Pro-active, hands on, solution oriented working attitude even in an independent and remote working situation
8. - English language-knowledge, allowing sufficient job-related communication in written and oral form

The contact can be either full-time or part-time.
The place of work is in Rome or in Puglia, but candidates must be available for frequent trips to Italy. Driving license B is required.
