Job Overview

We are looking for an Italian‑speaking Zalando Customer Expert to join our fast‑paced retail team in Greece. The role involves providing world‑class support to Italian customers on the Zalando platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Italian‑speaking customers with online orders, returns and digital retail experiences via chat, email and telephone.
• Maintain deep knowledge of fashion retail trends and Zalando platform functionalities.
• Resolve complex consumer inquiries and process refund and delivery requests with precision.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure high satisfaction rates.
• Provide feedback on common user pain points to improve the customer experience.
• Stay updated on seasonal promotions and logistics updates.

Requirements

• Native or fluent written and spoken Italian (mandatory).
• Valid EU passport or work permit for Greece.
• Strong communication skills focused on retail‑oriented customer success.
• Prior experience in customer service or the retail industry is a significant advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced digital environment.
• Fluency in English for internal communication.
