Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The role involves working closely with the CEO on business development, sponsorship, and client acquisition activities. After an initial onboarding phase, the candidate is expected to work independently and take full ownership of their responsibilities.
- Manage and develop sponsorship and fundraising activities for medical events and congresses.
- Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, partners, and stakeholders.
- Identify and acquire new clients and business opportunities.
- Support the CEO in commercial and strategic initiatives.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Update CRM systems and prepare activity reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful event delivery.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or fundraising.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
- Interest in the events or healthcare sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
