Revops systems lead

Mission

We are looking for a RevOps Systems Lead who will build and scale the systems, processes and data infrastructure that power our revenue engine, owning the architecture and optimisation of our GTM technology stack across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Finance.

Responsabilità

• Lead the systems team to evolve the GTM technology stack ensuring scalability, reliability and alignment with business objectives.
• Design and maintain scalable data models, workflows, lifecycle stages, routing rules and approval processes.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance to identify operational bottlenecks and optimise automated lead‑to‑revenue workflows.
• Establish governance frameworks that ensure data quality, consistency and compliance.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports providing visibility into customer insights, subscriptions, conversion rates and revenue performance.
• Lead system enhancements from requirements gathering through deployment and user adoption, championing continuous improvement.

Profilo

• Minimum 5 years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Systems or GTM Operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Deep expertise in CRM platforms such as Salesforce and/or HubSpot and subscription management systems such as Chargebee.
• Strong understanding of the end‑to‑end revenue lifecycle from lead management to customer expansion and renewal.
• Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance.
• Excellent project management, communication and documentation skills.
• Systems thinker with a passion for solving complex operational challenges and building scalable solutions.
