Location Overview Join our team in Aman Venice, set in Palazzo Papadopoli, one of the city’s eight monumental palazzos on the Grand Canal. Aman Venice combines sumptuous Rococo art with contemporary interiors, private gardens, opulent dining venues and spacious suites, a short walk from Piazza San Marco.

Position Summary Provides technical support in maintaining all hotel systems, equipment and facilities. Collaborates with the Maintenance Team, taking leadership during operations and handling complex maintenance tasks.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform skilled repair and maintenance of electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems.
• Assist in preventive maintenance activities under supervisor guidance for guest rooms and public areas.
• Handle electrical repairs such as sockets, switches, lights and fuses.
• Repair plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages and fixtures.
• Ensure tools and equipment are used safely and maintained properly.
• Record maintenance logs, spare parts usage and problem reports.
• Respond immediately to guest room breakdowns and complex service requests.
• Respond to engineering requests from other departments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workshop and tools.
• Report any abnormalities in equipment and building structure.
• Act as shift in charge when Supervisor is not available.
• Support fire life‑safety tests including alarms, sprinklers, pumps and emergency lights.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong multi‑technical ability.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good knowledge of hotel maintenance standards.
• Technical knowledge in electrical and plumbing basics.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
