Freelance presentation designer

Role Overview

Mindrift is looking for a highly skilled Presentation Designer to join the Tendem project, a hybrid AI‑human system. The position is freelance, part‑time and fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high‑stakes pitch decks and professional one‑pagers tailored to specific audiences.
• Translate complex data and narratives into clear, minimalist visual storytelling with strong hierarchy.
• Enhance presentations using custom fonts, elegant animations and consistent visual style.
• Ensure polished, persuasive, premium corporate‑meets‑creative output and validate visual alignment, pacing and brand adherence.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic or presentation design, visual storytelling or data visualization.
• Proficiency with presentation software (PowerPoint, Keynote) and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma).
• Ability to create custom graphics, layouts, typography and smooth animations.
• Upper‑intermediate English (B2) or higher.
• Strong attention to detail, self‑directed work ethic and ability to solve design challenges independently.
• Portfolio link showcasing high‑end presentations, pitch decks and data visualisations (mandatory).

Project Details

• Estimated workload: 10-20 hours per week during active phases (estimate, not guaranteed).
• Compensation: up to €40 per hour, varying with scope, complexity and expertise.
• Contract type: to be defined.
