About the role

As a Forward Deployed Engineer you will design, build and deploy agentic platforms for client environments, enabling organisations to operationalise LLM‑powered agents across products, processes and teams.

• Develop scalable AI‑driven solutions and integrate them with existing enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, technical leaders and delivery teams.
• Configure Kubernetes and deploy workloads on cloud, on‑premise or hybrid environments.
• Design deployment architectures and RAG pipelines that connect to enterprise data sources.

What we are looking for

• At least 8 years of commercial experience as a senior engineer.
• Strong experience designing and building agentic platforms using Python and modern AI frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, etc.).
• Expertise in LLM orchestration, multi‑agent systems, and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation pipelines.
• Ability to integrate platforms with APIs, data platforms, cloud services and enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes configuration and workload deployment.
• Excellent consulting skills to plan, execute and deliver complex client engagements.

Nice to have

• Hands‑on experience with Golang.
• Frontend experience with React.
