Role Overview

We are looking for a Deal Desk Associate based in Italy to join a fast‑growing global environment. The role offers the chance to develop expertise in Deal Desk and Revenue Operations, supporting the quote‑to‑cash lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage closed‑won processing and order management activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely execution.
• Build standard quotes using CPQ tools, validate pricing approvals and required documentation.
• Own and resolve Deal Desk requests related to quoting, CPQ functionality, account maintenance and operational processes.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce account and order records.
• Monitor incoming Deal Desk requests and respond to Sales team needs within agreed service levels.
• Collaborate with senior team members on complex cases, escalating issues when necessary.
• Contribute to improving Deal Desk processes, SOPs, documentation and internal knowledge resources.
• Support month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end activities ensuring deals are processed on schedule.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation, AI tools and operational enhancements.
• Develop a strong understanding of commercial drivers behind deals, including revenue impact, margins, risks and customer commitments.

Requirements

• Experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Order Management or a similar operational role.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce; knowledge of CPQ tools is a strong advantage.
• Basic understanding of quote‑to‑cash processes and order management principles.
• Strong interest in commercial operations and ability to understand business reasoning behind deals.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive in following structured workflows and suggesting improvements.
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to build trusted relationships with Sales and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Ability to manage competing priorities during critical periods (month‑end, quarter‑end, year‑end).
• Demonstrated ability to use automation and AI tools to improve productivity.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and adaptable; remote work experience is a plus.
