Business HR Commercial Associate Manager

Role Overview The Business HR Commercial Associate Manager reports to the BHR Commercial Manager and acts as a senior, autonomous HR professional supporting a large and diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR point of contact for employees and business leaders, providing day‑to‑day advice on all HR topics.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Talent Management on hiring forecasts, skills planning, onboarding, performance reviews and development initiatives.
• Manage union relations, conflicts, disciplinary cases, grievances, labor disputes, dismissals and terminations in partnership with the IR Manager and HR Manager.
• Advise on compensation, rewards, organization design and personnel matters ensuring compliance and business alignment.
• Guide managers and mentor junior HR staff in handling complex issues and difficult conversations.
• Coordinate local engagement programmes, HR transformation actions, employee surveys, focus groups and change‑management initiatives.
• Oversee contractors and temporary workforce, agency relationships, contracts and compliance.
• Prepare, analyse and share HR data, KPIs, dashboards and reports in partnership with IT and business teams.
• Support HR systems compliance with legislation.
• Participate in business meetings, planning cycles, KPI reviews and organisational updates.
• Contribute to European and cross‑functional projects with autonomy.

Qualifications

• 5‑6 years of experience in multinational pharmaceutical companies.
• Proven expertise in HR management, Italian labour law and conflict management.
• University degree.
• Good computer skills and proficiency with Office Suite.
• Fluent oral and written English.

Compensation Base salary €54,000‑€95,000 per year plus short‑term incentive and a comprehensive benefits package (life assurance, medical plan, flexible benefits).
